Product Description:
Food grade lobe pump is one of the products specially developed by ACCUVON pumps company to meet the customers in the production process of high hygiene requirements. Working chamber has sanitary rotor, rotor locking nut O - ring, pump body without sanitary dead angle and Higher hygienic grade. Support CIP, SIP. The surface roughness is 0.2--0.6mm, in accordance with 3A, FDA standards. Can be widely used food, medicine and other materials with high requirements for hygiene level.

Motor Operational but No Fluid Delivery | Direction of Rotation | Check direction of rotation is in line with arrow on casing and nameplate |
Air pocket in suction line | Ensure suction line filled with fluid, pipework slopes upwards, no kinks in suction line and pipework is as straight as possible. | |
Relief Valve Failure | Clean Relief Valve. Check pressure setting. Recalibrate | |
Check Valve Jammed | Clean check valve. Check operation | |
Air Ingress through Seal | Check seals for air ingress, all pipework, and connected gaskets. Check pump O Rings. Replace pump seal if necessary. | |
